Consultation and Proposal
We will meet with you and discuss your goals, expectations and how to receive the maximum return on investment for your home improvement dollars. We will review our eight-step, home staging process while walking through the home as a buyer would and gather those all-important first impressions. Time permitting; we will give you a quick demonstration of the difference home staging makes by transforming a room of your home. We will give you the photos to use in your marketing efforts. We will end with a proposal based upon the amount of work needed to gain a speedy sale and the highest dollar amount for your home.
The Quick Home Makeover Report
The Quick Home Makeover Report is for homes that are well on their way to being staged and just need a little extra direction. This customized, report focuses on the most important things the seller should do right away to increase the value of their home and obtain a faster sale. The report is emailed to the seller.
Half Day of Home Staging or Interior Redesign
This service is for those homes that just need a little extra attention and expertise or are less than 2000 square feet.
We will be working from our eight-step Touch of Class Action Plan. In the consultation, we will begin to make dramatic transformations to the main areas of the home. We will bring in accessories to complete the look of each room, take great photos for your agent’s marketing efforts, and give you a visual of what to purchase that goes a long way in updating each room of the home.
We’ll stop just shy of our half day in order to assess our progress. At this time, we’ll go through the home with you and fill out our Action Plan, so you can complete the look on your own. The Action Plan will detail the cosmetic improvements recommended, paint color choices, suggested additional accessory purchases and details on what to do in the rooms we were unable to cover.
We’ll also email you “Do-It-Yourself” guides or links for projects that will make a dramatic difference in the value of your home.
Full Day of Home Staging or Interior Redesign
This service is for those homes that need a little more attention and expertise or are over 2000 square feet. We spend a full day making dramatic transformations to your home.
You won’t believe the difference a day can make! You’ll walk away with a show-ready home, photos for your agents marketing efforts, and visuals of purchases you can make to complete the look.
We’ll stop just shy of our full day in order to assess our progress. At this time, we’ll go through the home with you and fill out our Touch of Class Action Plan, so you can complete the look on your own. The Action Plan will detail the cosmetic improvements recommended, paint color choices, suggested additional accessory purchases and details on what to do in the rooms we were unable to cover.

New Listing or Open House Staging Weekend
This service is perfect to make a great first impression for the house that is just about to go onto the market or have an Open House!
Touch of Class will spend two full days prior to that weekend transforming the house into a buyers dream. We will be working with a detailed Action Plan (included) that will be given to the home seller to complete the transformations at the end of the session.
To get top dollar, every home should go through our complete home staging transformation before being listed!
Vacant Home Staging
If your home is vacant or sparsely furnished this service is for you. It includes the consultation, the supervision of furniture delivery and placement, staging and de-staging. To begin, Touch of Class will meet with the home sellers and/or Real Estate Agent to review the home and go over the process. We will work with you to determine your budget and get the best possible price for all the rental furniture and home accessories needed. We will be responsible for delivery, acceptance, and placement of all rental items that will create a warm and inviting home. Once staging is complete, we will provide you with gorgeous “after” photos. When your home is sold we will de-stage the home and coordinate the furniture pick up. All of this keeps you from the stress of another move and puts your home in the best possible position to sell. The price for this service varies depending on the size of the home and the rental items required. Contact us for an estimate.
Shopping Service
We’ll create a budget and shop for those accessories that serve as investments in the sale of your home. Where possible we will get “Designer Discounts” on what we purchase for you.
Holiday and Seasonal Decorating
It’s “Home for the Holidays” with this package. We’ll use what you already have and go shop for those extra holiday touches to tweak your home and make it gorgeous and “holiday ready”!
